About Me
With a background in fintech startups and a passion for technology, I’ve built my career at the intersection of customer success, product, and business strategy. In NYC, I worked at two fast-growing fintech startups, where I scaled customer success operations, drove product adoption, and enhanced user engagement. These experiences strengthened my ability to bridge customer needs with business goals and deepened my passion for building impactful products.

Now based in Madrid and pursuing my MBA, I’m focused on transitioning into product management, account management, or customer success—leveraging my experience in fintech and global markets. Moving from New York to Madrid has expanded my perspective on how technology fuels innovation in diverse markets, strengthening my ability to adapt and thrive in diverse, multicultural environments.
Career Highlights
After earning my bachelor’s degree, I began my career at one of New York City’s largest law firms, securing financial compensation for victims of the September 11th attacks. Working closely with clients, I quickly realized how my negotiation skills, bilingual abilities, and relationship-building expertise played a crucial role in advocating for them. More importantly, I discovered a deep sense of purpose—delivering a service to those who needed it most. This drive later inspired my transition into fintech and startups, where I saw firsthand how technology can improve people’s lives.
To broaden my global perspective, I pursued a Master’s in International Relations in Barcelona, where I gained insight into the intersection of technology, finance, and policy. During this time, I had the opportunity to pitch a mobile app providing essential services for migrants at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, reinforcing my passion for leveraging technology to drive meaningful social impact
Returning to New York just before the COVID-19 pandemic, I immersed myself in startups and fintech—working on a pilot program compensating domestic workers via mobile app technology, helping scale a flexible rental payment platform, and contributing to a fintech company providing mobile banking solutions for low-income Americans. These roles solidified my belief that technology can redefine financial access, fueling my passion for product innovation and customer success.

After four years in the fintech industry, I decided to expand my business knowledge by pursuing the Executive MBA program at IESE Business School in Madrid, ranked 1st in Europe and 3rd globally by the Financial Times. Throughout my MBA, I’ve focused on entrepreneurship, competitive strategy, and marketing—gaining expertise in identifying opportunities for innovation, achieving product-market fit, developing go-to-market strategies, and navigating competitive landscapes. In addition to my studies, I participated in an international exchange in New York City, where I explored entrepreneurship and innovation, and another one which will take place in Munich, where I will focus on digital transformation —gaining insights into how emerging technologies and data-driven decision-making, can drive product development and enhance user experience.
Beyond academics, I serve as the Co-Founder and President of the IESE Executive MBA Entrepreneurship Club, where I organize guest speaker events featuring alumni who are entrepreneurs themselves. These events provide valuable insights and foster connections between current students and accomplished professionals in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. I also launched The Aspira Guide, a blog that shares insights on product development, tech trends, and startup culture. The blog serves both as a resource for aspiring entrepreneurs and a platform where I document my own journey as an MBA student and budding entrepreneur.
